DC Market is a free directory for DC-area artists and makers. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They're short because the service is simple.

Your content

You own everything you submit — your name, bio, images, and links. By submitting, you grant DC Market permission to display your content publicly in the directory. You can remove your content at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't submit content that's fraudulent, illegal, or misleading. Don't impersonate other artists. Don't spam the submission forms. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines.

No warranty

DC Market is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We're not responsible for transactions between artists and buyers — those happen on the artist's own platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll note it here with a new “last updated” date.
